The packs are usually located near the entrance door but if you cannot find one please ask Ralph or one of the trustees.

October 7th – Making Meaning Seminar


October 7, from noon until 2 pm.  – On being caring

Are you a paid carer in the community or in a hospice?

Do you care for a relative at home?

Have you benefited from care?

We invite you to come and to share your thoughts.

Lunch is provided at noon, but please RSVP by October 5 so that we can cater (advise any dietary needs).

Meditation Sessions in May


Each session is guided so you can pick it up and the group who attend regularly are very supportive.  In May our meditation sessions will be as follows:

April 27th – Charity Coffee Morning

The sponsored charity coffee morning this month will be held on Friday 27th April from 10:30am to 12 noon.

We will be raising funds for Hull Veterans Support Centre and there will be an introduction to the work they do from a representative of the centre.  There will be refreshments, a table top sale and tombola.

Why not come in for a coffee and a chat, and raise money for a local charity.

Making Meaning Seminar 8th April 2018

Making Meaning Seminar:

Ways of Caring for ourselves and others.

Inspired by words of the late John O’Donohue

We will listen to a recorded address, and explore John O’Donohue’s notions of transformation, of tangential possibilities, of how to care for oneself in the absence of closure, and on living with our mortality.
